Reports so far presume that 152 perished as the A310 Airbus went down in the Indian Ocean yesterday. A thirteen-year-old girl has been the only survivor. Found surrounded by debris and bodies along the coast, she's suffered only minor injuries. To think last week we grieved the lives of two extraordinary individuals. And this week, amidst the mourning, we can celebrate the life that is spared in this situation. Everything happens for a reason, and God clearly has an agenda for this young woman's life. My heart and prayers go out to the lives this incident has touched.
